You don't need to give a reason for reaching out. All you need is to make the effort.
Get lost in conversation with a partner, spouse, family member or friend in which you really listen.
7. Clean out a closet.
Look for things that you never use or ever wear again and put them in a box or bag to donate.
8. Start a big goal.
Challenge yourself to take on a task that takes time to complete. Write. Design. Build. Grow.
9. Make a big difference.
